We ensure the daily monitoring of the work, verifying the execution of the planned and contracted work, within the stipulated quality standards and meeting deadlines and costs (cost control), as well as all solutions recommended in the project, promoting and managing communication between all parties involved (Project Owner, Designers, Contractor, among others), always in real time and “on site”.<\/p>\n

We verify the implementation of the Health and Safety Plan (HSP) and promote, in collaboration with the contractor, any activity concerning the health and safety of employees on site.
We conduct regular site visits in order to ascertain the risks inherent to the work in progress. We promote periodic meetings with the intervening companies to clarify potential doubts regarding the safety and health of each phase of work.
